Very friendly staff. The people at the reception, restaurant and spa are very friendly. Very good breakfast, various food. Location is great, it is in the city centre. Spa is very nice and clean. Cean rooms. Free wifi. A lot of parking places. Very nice view and big balcony.

-Nice location -Everything was very clean, starting with the room and ending with the spa area! The swimming pool (the water was 30 degrees Celsius), the saunas, the jacuzzis are absolutely flawless ! -The staff is generally well trained with a relaxed but professional attitude -The food is good but a bit overpriced -Big parking area

The Spa was really nice, with two hot tubs (the exterior one is really nice and scenic, a sauna, and a steam bath (even though they only turn the saunas on at 4pm, if more than 4 people ask before, they can begin functioning a few hours in advance). The breakfast is also very good, varied and tasty! The room is well designed and super confortable (great bed and pillows) with a nice balcony. The whole ambience of the Hotel is great for relaxing, fully recommended for some days of in the mountain. Unfortunately, it was raining for most of the time, so we could not walk in the woods as much as we would like, but it is really worth it to take the telecabina and check Postavarul viewpoint - very beautiful!

- good selection of fruits, pastries, salty breakfast options - good restaurant inside the hotel - the big pool in the spa area was better than at other hotels - comfortable bed and pillows, warm rooms - free parking was appreciated and a must in Poiana Brasov considering the parking prices

We enjoyed the room, kind of chic, modern bathroom with glass door& wall, large bed. Balcony towards fir trees and silence, quite restful. Breakfast was very good, as expected, no super fancies. We had dinner at Altitude restaurant, a la carte - good food, excellent service. Same service level at lobby bar! Pool was accessible, not crowdy, awesome outside jacuzzi. Deep tissue massage was perfect.

The spa area and facilities are very nice. Food is very good and also the serving was great. I have great words for the staff. Location is right in the middle of the city very close to all attractions.

The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, calm and clean area, located in a peaceful town. The kids loved the pool, kids club, and the hotel's grounds. The breakfast is tasty, but it lacks pastries, cookies, and dessert. They have excellent spa treatments. It's worth trying.

The hotel is no longer in its prime and will probably need a facelift at some point soon, however, the location, indoor pool and restaurant make up for the small rooms with a virtual lack of privacy (due to a weird design of the bathrooms). The restaurant is probably one of the finest in Romania...believe me...we have tried the so-called "best" in most Romanian cities. Overall, Sport is still one of the top hotels in the Brasov area!

Location - right in the middle of poiana brasov. The spa was really good. Room has enouth space.
